VÍS stand set to make a splash!

Winner of the 2008 'Best Stand' award, VÍS is set to impress visitors with yet another bold and creative display at the Icelandic Fisheries Exhibition 2011.

VÍS is planning something rather special for this year's Icelandic Fisheries Exhibition. The stand will crate the illusion of being underwater with the clever use of lighting, to fool the eye in to thinking you are totally submerged.

The special effect will be created using a projector from above and reflective walls, creating the appearance of the surface of the sea as if looking up from the seabed. You will see boats as they pass overhead while people look down at you from above the water.

VÍS offers companies in the fisheries sector comprehensive insurance coverage in conjunction with quality insurance and preventative services tailored to fit the needs of each and every company.

"The object of our participation in the exhibition is first and foremost to present our services to companies involved in the fisheries sector and to draw attention to the dynamic preventative work we do. We have achieved considerable success at VÍS with clients operating in this field", states Auður Björk Guðmundsdóttir, Managing Director of Sales and Services at VÍS.

"By participating in the exhibition, we are first and foremost reinforcing the business relations that we have with fisheries companies; many of the most successful companies in Iceland in this sector do business with VÍS. Of course, we also hope to reach new clients at the exhibition, as our objective is to increase our market share of companies involved in the fisheries industry."

Make sure you visit VIS on stand D61 to witness this fun and unique optical illusion for yourself and discover how they can help your company.
